If you have zero knowledge at the moment, I would start here:http://www.w3schools.com/If that's not sufficient, I would go to a local book store or library and find a book on HTML/CSS written in the last five years. There will be several if the store or library is worth visiting for the purpose; your most important task is to find one which is written in language you understand :-)
