Well i have known msn to be the slowest. It could be a virus you can always check for virus by using a antivirus software. Try deleting the cookies from the internet browser you are using and the temp internet files, history. These things make the browsers slow and therefore surfing on the net like emails slow!!

It might be a virus on your pc. Is better for you to have a virus scan. Sometimes, maybe is msn side configurate something for the msn messenger service. I encounter before, i can't log-in into my msn account for few day. This thing happen to my friend as well.
