I personally have had bad experience with the hosting provider Dreamhost.
I had 3 domains hosted there on their own accounts over the last year and all have had fair amounts of downtime and weird errors. They also have the slowest technical support I have ever seen. Oh and if you want to talk to someone on the phone about your issue. It will cost you money

I am moving my domains in two weeks when their plans expire.

I guess I should have known that their hosting offers were too good to be true.

I have read in there blogs that they have this power outage that resulted to problems in there system. I wonder if this is the one my friend is using as well which we have undergone problems in his site as well. I have read that they are doing something so this thing will not happen in the future I wonder if this is true but shit do comes to a lot of business site as well.

Customer service is very importance aspect for a business. When a person have problem with a product and service, the first person they will contact is the customer helpline. They must be answer or help each customers when they need help. Provide fast and friendly service is very importance.
