I'm going to start an adult sited in my country. I was wondering will somebody sue me about that? or do they have the power take the site down? Can they force me to?

Unless your country specifically bans porn, they really can't take you down. What country do you live in? Are there laws against pornography and its distribution in your country?

Even if for some reason porn is not legal to host in your country, you could always find a server (web host) that is located in a different country where porn is legal.

I am from Asian, a Muslim country. So, i don't think will be legal for me to do that. But how about if i host my site out of my country? I mean using a hosting company not from my country.

I have read someone got sued before but don't have any idea if it was because of porn site or its because they are offering porn site about minors or children porn. I think muslim countries were very strict about it . But if your going to get hosting and domain in countries were porn is legalized then I think there is nothing wrong with it .

yeah! i think that's the only way i can do at this moment.
Use a hosting firm outside my country.

Hosting is only half the battle. If you are going to be doing credit card processing yourself you will need to figure out how you are going to collect the money.
