I do agree that the success of youtube pave its way to another counterpart like pornotube and www.xxxmsncam.co.uk . I think you can upload some movie or videos for some money. I think the more popular your site would be the more money you will surely have.

I also think that the youtube for porn is a good idea. The only problem I see with that is that if anyone can submit a video, the owner of the site better implement some way of making sure that the video contains adults only and that it was obtained legally.
Good idea, but rather risky in my opinion.

In order to create youtube site like http://www.xxxmsncam.co.uk/ or pornotube you must need to have a lot of money to buy dedicated server considering that it is sharing media files and you must need streaming server to handle the video, and use scripts just for the site.

Hi, i am the owner of xxxmsncam.co.uk - i do indeed have to pay quite a bit for my server. It costs me nearly 300 bucks a month. If you can get good returns then its worth it, but its alotta hard work!
