These are the methods I'd tried. At first, i use lots of text with lots of keywords to trying to optimize your page for.
Then, i use my main keyword(s) in my title tag. If you want, you can use your domain name.
Last but not least, add few main keywords and write good and relevant description of page or site. Remember, don't spam your keywords and description meta tags.
